Introducing the Mental Oasis Podcast

You might call it my quarantine baby: I started recording this podcast in my closet while under stay at home orders in New York. But it is a project that I was certainly not alone in working on; I’m so grateful to my community for helping with learning how to use podbean, launch on apple podcasts, record with a quality microphone, edit, do artwork, the list goes on….

My goal is to provide a moment of mental oasis to my listeners: of gathering insights, taking time for some deep breaths, and to restore before continuing in your day. Journaling for increasing your awareness after the meditations together is encouraged!
