It’s what we know instinctively and it’s support by the numbers: Parents who are better supported during their transition to leave, parenthood and back to work again are more satisfied in their careers and homelife. This is not only better for families but also leads to greater productivity and increases in employee retention.

 

Parental Leave Transition Assessment

Prior to the start of the coaching, participants will complete an initial assessment to better understand their unique challenges, assets and goals for the coaching process and transtion. This assessment has been empirically validated and developed over decades by the Center for Parental Leave Leadership.

 

Consistent Follow up

After each session there will be further assignments to bolster the planning and development that is taking place. Naturally the amount of time an individual spends on these may vary or depend on their needs, but there through them the potential is present to truly maximize support and information available.

Coaching Sessions

Guidance that is tailored to your strengths and weakness: in your individual coaching sessions with Christine you have an opportunity to explore and share more deeply throughout the stages of your transition process. Together you will strategize on how to mitigate any difficulties, celebrate the victories and plan for a successful balance between work and home after your transition back.

 

Optional: Manager Sessions

When managers are committed to support those who report tho them, we maximize the success of the employee’s leave and transition back to work. Through the guidance received in manager sessions, they can then serve as a resource as facilitate the development of their employees.
