Managing in Uncertain Times: My post for the ITD

As I’ve just returned to the US after 10 years living in Shanghai, China, I still see a substantial number of clients online who are based in China. Many of the are displaced due to the coronavirus outbreak, others are experiencing restrictions on going out of their homes in Shanghai. All are facing some degree of uncertainty in their lives.

As a member of the International Therapist Directory, I’ve had the privilege of writing an article about the uncertainty element of the psychological impacts of this public health crisis. To read more, you can take a look at it here.

The International Therapist Directory provides a resource of listing therapists all around the world who are accessible both in person and online.
